Interested in having a NeedleDeeva Trunk Show at your Shop? Here's how it works:

NeedleDeeva Trunk Shows are available to all of our clients with an un-compromised payment history.  Shows are no minimum purchase for the most part, unless there are special request canvas designs.   Stores are responsible for the incoming and return freight charges.

Please advise us of your desired month and arrival schedule.  We will email a confirmation letter with the following information and advise you again before we ship the show to your store.

You may request a show with a specific theme, or just let us send you a full line of our designs.  The show will be delivered to your store in a well organized manner, each group of canvases in protective cover, with a pro forma invoice  to make your check in and pricing of the canvases easy.

As you get ready to return our inventory from your trunk show, please remember - they must be returned to us in the same shape you receive them. Please return them to us in the bags they have come to your store in, and pack them so that they are not folded, bent or mangled.  We are old women and have seen it all, and are delighted to have provided your trunk show.   But we do not undo staples, scrape tape residue. remove your store’s price tags or wet out glue.  If the canvas is in any way defaced, it is yours, and will be returned to your store with an invoice that will be due on presentation, and a freight / handling charge that is guaranteed to take your breath away.

You may keep your trunk show for the 3 calendar weekends after your pro forma invoice date.  A return arrival date must be arranged prior to shipping.    We are sure you will hate to return anything, but it has to be done.  It’s kind of like returning a child - call or email us and tell us of its timely departure, the insured amount of the box and its expected arrival date with the tracking number.  Please insure the package for at least half of its remaining value.  In 40 years we have only had one lost out there, but it was uninsured, and caused a lot of avoidable drama.

Please use the pro forma invoice to mark the sold pieces and include a check in that amount as trunk shows are not available for Net 30-day financing.  Trunk Shows that are returned without a check are returned to the store, at their expense.
